Hi EVERYONE MY TENANT MOVED OUT 1 MONTH BEFORE THE END OF OUR TENANCY, BUT STILL HANGS UNTO THE KEY AND PAY RENT TILL THE END OF THE TENANCY. THE DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED ON THE LAST DAY AND THE KEYS HANDED BACK. THERAFTER I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE COUNCIL REQUESTING FOR COUNCIL TAX PAYMENT ON THE GROUNDS THAT THE TENANT HAS USED UP THE 28DAYS EMPTY PROPERTY WHILE THE TENANCY IS STILL IN PLACE .IS THE EMPYT TIME SUPPOSED TO BE USED BY THE TENANT?
