Hi. This is my first post, please be kind!

I am self managing the letting of a rental property that we have just bought. Our proposed tenants will need a Guarantor if they are to live in the property.

I have been researching Guarantors to death as this is the first time we are using one. Guidance suggests Guarantors need a reasonable amount of time to read through the deed form and AST.

What is considered to be a reasonable amount of time? A few days? One week? Two weeks?
