Campaigning and Policy

Someone told me that I would have to replace all the double glazed windows in my property as standards are changing in 2016. Is this true? Some of the windows are single glazed. I did read in the RLA newsletter that there is a proposal to force landlords to upgrade energy efficiency throughout the building if they replace something. This all seems very unclear at the moment.
