Hello

When the last tenant moved out of my property in Greenwich (1 month ago), I decided to do some repairs and renovate the property before the next tenant. I've been told by Greenwich council that I (the landlord) is liable for council tax until I find a new tenant. Apparently legislation that came in effect this year... is this true?
