I have a potential tenant who is interested in my 2 bedroom flat.
she is a professional, single but has 3 young boys.
Should I take her on ?
She is desperate and I feel very sorry for her . My answer to my own question is probably obvious but would I be breaking any law if I gave the real reason for turning her down?
