dealing with international tenants & guarantors

I deal with French students in the main with French parents based in France - all been very good so far ,
I'm now starting to have more international interest amongest the French students 1 in 4 in the house hold - how do I go about refenceing and Guarntors . so far Ive worked off intent - as I know am not going to chase down some one ovr seas . what advice to protect for future . Thanks .
