Disput with letting agent

Hi I am not happy with Danhamz letting agents in Leeds and I gave him a notice to leave the management in July 2013.The contract says 6 months notice.he is not letting us take new tenants and says he is advertising for July 2014.
I do not want him to do it and have given him a written notice. It is my property and want it to do it my way and give the management to leeds Northern who are more honest and reliable.
Please help and guide.
