Hi grateful if any one can help.

I've have a detached house which I let out individual rooms on a ast contracts which have expired and now run periodic month to month. The rent is due 1st of each month.

As I understand if I issue a Section 21(4)a this will expire on the 28th feb. Have I got this right?

Also once a section 21(4)a notice is served, will it remain valid indefinitely unless it is ended by a new tenancy agreement?
