Does anyone else own houses in this area and share my concern about the way Adactus Housing Association are running the area down?
They have bought several properties only to board them up. They want the council to CPO the area but the council have no money. The area is in limbo.
I have written to the Chief Exec of Aductus who has got no constructive plans.
I am minded to start a campaign against them publicising their neglect. Every time the Guardian runs a story on housing shortage I post a comment inviting people to come to Canada St M40 and see Adactus Housing Association,s contribution. The private landlords like me buy houses to do them up and let. I am going to make an issue of this. Anyone else interested?
