Our tenant has now moved out. At the final visit on Dec 19th we discussed with the tenant the disgusting state he had left the property in and said we would need to get a quote for someone to come in and professionally clean the whole property.(we did take photos) We have done this and the cost was to be £200 as a goodwill gesture we asked him to agree for £150 to be deducted from his deposit monies. We have sent him a letter, an email and texts and he has replied to none of these what do we do next please?
