Hi, we have a tenant who has gone to prison or so we assume. He was in remand and it was housing who told us. He was sentanced in Novemeber 2013 and his rent has stopped, housing wont tell us anything, we have no idea which prison he is in, dont know how to find out what his sentnce was but i assume was a while if housing closed their claim, lso what do we do with their stuff in the property, do we need to store it knowing the tenant wont be paying for the storage.
Thanks
