I am getting my flat ready to let. It's a very small two bedroom flat. With the smaller bedroom very small.

I thought putting some furniture in the flat would be a good idea as a tenant would not have to rush around finding furniture the perfect size for the small space. By that, I mean, only the big pieces, such as a pull out couch in the living room, double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the smaller bedroom.

Have any of you done something similar? What did you find to be the pros and cons, in both finding a good tenant as well as managing / maintaining the tenancy.
