I have a rental property where I supply curtains and poles. Recently one of the curtain poles fell from the wall and the tenant claimed it hit her daughters head. Whilst she didn't progress this in any way, it has left me wondering if a tenant can claim for injuries sustained as a result of materials that you have left in the property. Any help on this subject would be appreciated. Many thanks. Mike
