My tenant locked herself in her room and then called a locksmith, the most expensive locksmith you can find and told them to invoice me.
She had previously said the lock was sticky and had refused access to the estate agent. When I went to change the lock she had said it was fine. I am now being chased for a £160 lock opening exercise. Am I responsible?
