Hi,

My wife and I are named on the AST as landlords for a flat that I own. The property is owned solely in my name. For our tax returns, is the income to be split between us (as we are both landlords according to the AST), or is the income exclusively mine (because I own the property)?

Please answer ASAP so I can complete my Tax Return on schedule!
