At the time of finding a new tennant in our old home, my husband had just been made redundant. We had recently moved 300 miles and here we were about to lose everything. So I did not pay particular attention to details when renting our old property. They moved in July / August last year and did not pay a deposit, nor did we check them in as the house has some of our possessions still in it such as book cases cupboards washing machine, £500 study table etc.

Anyhow were are all sorted but I am unable to get any contact with the tennants to arrange work maintenance or to carry out a 6 month check. Ive sent emails and attempted to call but no response. What are my rights, if any... Im really worried and cant believe that I have put myself in this situation. Any helpful advice would be most appreciative.
