My tenants (mother & daughter) have not paid their rent which was due on 21.01.14. I have emailed the mother and also spoke to the daughter on 23.01.14 who said that she will talk to her mother and ask her to call me that day. They have been ignoring my calls and have not replied to my email. I also have asked for access to inspect as they have been there since 21.10.13. Section 21 (1)(B) was served on 21.10.13. what action can I take to gain access to inspect the property?
