This one is so important. I am paying a nightmare tenant off and he is signing a surrender. There is no 21 in place, but if he signs surrender and returns all keys, is it then impossible for him to legally return? Have I the legal right to change the locks? I want to make sure once deed is done there is no way for him to come back. Will all his rights be taken away by signing?
