Hi, my tenants have finally moved out (I think) after the end of a possession order. However they have left an incredible amount of rubbish. With the rubbish from inside house and garden I am probably looking at 7 or so large skip loads!! With the various rent arrears and other costs the deposit is well and truly used up already. Any thoughts on how I can either get the costs for clearance of the tenants rubbish billed to them or somehow minimise my costs. They don't work so small claims court isn't going to work. Given the amount of rubbish (old tv's, sofas, mattresses and even a bike) its possible to conclude that they haven't yet given vacant possession so I could get a bailiff - would they clear out everything? What would they do with it if the tenants weren't there?
