Evicted tenants posessions
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I will soon be meeting a county court instructed bailiff to evict my tenant. However, I received accompanying notes which said that I would be liable to 'look after' any possessions that the tenant leaves in my property for a certain amount of time.

I've seen various different timeframes quoted and wondered if anyone could advise on the minimum notice I need to give before disposing of possessions? The shortest time-frame I've seen so far is 21 days. I intent to go with a letter prepared just in case she decides to leave items there.

Many thanks for your help.
