I am evicting tenants. Their rent arrears stand at over £1,000. In the letter saying I will be taking them to County court re arrears I am putting my address as c/o the letting agent who initially got me the tenants but who is no longer operating. Is this acceptable? Under no circs do I want to give my own address as one of the tenants is a drug addict and has already stolen over £100 from my bag on top of owing me over 2 months rent.
