Difficulty in letting out my property

It is 5 months now since I had my property for Lets and I am unable to get appropriate tenants for it.
I did not want to let to DSS clients or clients with dogs.
My property is well maintained, is 2 bedroom house with garden and off street parking.
It appears impossible to get it tenanted.
Please advice. I am losing out a lot of money paying out my monthly mortgages with out having any income coming in.
