Hi, we advertise our 5 houses with Studentpad who is affiliated with Brighton and Sussex University. We have a generic password to access our house details to make changes etc. I contacted Brighton University to ask if I could access the published or online list where all the houses are advertised to students and was told that I was not allowed to see it as a landlord. They have also stopped publishing any rent guidelines. I told them it would be very helpful to access this list so that I can see what other landlords are charging for similar properties. Is the university allowed to withhold this type of information and refuse to give landlords access to the advertised housing list? Many thanks for your help with this. Best regards, Val Kilby
