Is the fire safety risk assessment a legal requirement for me to do as a landlady of a house with a mother and child occupant? If so (and if not, I would rather do one) do I do it myself? I am new to this site. I can see the risk assessment form but I cannot find whether I do it myself. I have no risk assessment experience as this is my first property.
