My tenants have not paid any rent since December 2013, All their furniture is still in the property, all curtains have been drawn and there is a huge pile of letters in the living room. The tenant's mobile phone number has been disconnected so they are not contactable. The tenants have little children of school age so I cannot imagine they are on a long holiday. Please advise if I can get a court order to re-possess the property.
