Hi

Our tenant is behind with her rent.

She was 2 weeks behind when she first lost her job. She never asked if this was ok but she started to pay the arrears off by paying an extra £1.00 or £2.00 per week.

Unfortunately at Christmas she deducted our rent on 2 occasions by £5.00.

She is now in receipt of housing benefit and has missed 2 more payments. We have been in touch with the council and they are paying us directly.

Ideally we want to put the wheels in motion to evict her not only for rent arrears but fore being a nuisance tenant, to our existing tenants.

Your help and advise would be much appreciated
