I have three existing tenants under an AST until June 30 with a spare room in a house. One tenant left early as agreed with me during tenancy.We are getting a new tenant in who is a student from France. I do not want to do a new agreement as I do not trust the existing tenants and it would be a complete waste of time. I am letting in this student without signing a contract, something I would never usually do. I am taking money in advance. Is this advisable?
