I HAVE JUST JOINED THE RLA AND I HAVE DECIDED TO MANAGE MY PROPERTIES MYSELF. THE ESTATE AGENT IS ASKING ME TO TELL THEM THE NEW TDS I AM USING. I HAVE A NEW TENANT WHO HAS JUST PAID THE DEPOSIT. HOW DO I REGISTER HIM WITH RLA?
