What do we think of Rentguard insurance?

I have used them for 10 years. I have decided that this week I am going to really look carefully into my insurance policies and shop around. I never claim under them- it is not worth the time/work involved and they will increase the premiums next year. In my view they are mainly for the benefit of the lender where a mortgage is in place.

At the moment I have several single property policies. I am going to look at putting them all under one policy.

Just because Rentguard have a link with RLA does not sway me one way or the other.
