Sorry if I am stating the obvious here in my idealistic mind but..

I have often thought as to why there is not in existence a central UK Landlord database on tenants (good and bad), so Landlords can write down their experiences and rate their tenants after they have left their properties, aiding to filter out the bad ones...

Is this against some Human Rights or liability law?

Sorry I am new to this game - any suggest any such service.
