Hi,
The 6 month Assured Short Term tenancy agreement I have with my tenant has expired but due to some issues in payment of rent I have chosen at this stage not to renew this or provide an alternative agreement. I assume this now means a "Statutory periodic tenancy" is now in place. How long can I allow this situation to continue before I would be wise to issue a new agreement ?.
