when letting my properties I always take pictures and fill in the RLA inventory form to show the very good condition that I let me flats in. I have become very concerned as I do not print the pictures and get them signed so how do I prove that these were taken on the date before the tenancy started and not sometime ago?
I don't have a problem at present but would like to know how i link the inventory form with the pictures? Can I put them on a disc and get that signed?
