Newbie with a section 8
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have been managing properties for approx a decade now so I am completely familiar with the section 21 & N5b process but now I am about to start my first ever section 8/rent arrears. What i would like to know is when i commence legal proceedings and IF the tenant pays up is there a way to halt proceedings eg is there a NOTICE of ISSUE (similar to an accerlerated possession proceedure) that i could not post?..... if the rent turns up, why go to court and waste everyone's time etc etc?
