A property we manage does not have a Gas Safety Certificate and also the boiler has been condemned. The Landlord is not being helpful in agreeing to the recommendation and the tenant, though advised that we must do an inspection is not being helpful. Is there a document we can issue to show we have attempted all measures to advise them that we can keep on record and send a copy to them should anything happen in the future, or would you simply recommend a letter quoting any particular legislation? Thank you, Paula Pardy
