I have gone through the court to get my tenant out. The court has ordered them to leave the premises by the 11th of April.
On the 9th of April I got a phone call from the tenant to say there was a water leak under the kitchen sink (I assume the tenant has dislodged a joint in the pipework). I went round there and turned the water of via valves under the sink. The water is still on in the bathroom which is the next room.
The tenant has called me on the 12th of April to do the repair and put the water back on.
Am I within my rights to refuse to do the repair because the tenant should have left the property yesterday.
