i have a lovely Tenant who is being advised by a Homeless Charity not to move until she has a new property. She has now found one but there is a 2 week difference in date Landlord needs to move back in

Landlord and his wife has a 7 month old baby - they have to move out of their property as notice has been given and wife starts a new job locally during the 2 week period - they will be homeless

Tenant has kids over 18 and she is working

The Charity wont help the Landlord !

Any advice please - Section 21 served and all correct but obviously court proceedings would take longer than the 2 weeks

Does LAndlord have any recall on his expenses for the 2 weeks even if she pays the rent for those 2 weeks he will be out of pocket ?

Thanks
