My partner and I own a couple of rental properties between us (we're not married or living together) and we want to open a separate bank account to manage the finances of these.

We're not talking about huge money, so don't really want to be paying charges on a business account.

Does anyone know of any free business bank accounts around at the moment or would any bank let us open a new, joint current account to deal purely with rental income and expenditure on the properties?

Many thanks in advance for any advice!
