I have a guarantor in prospect who does not work because he had an industrial injury aged 35. He is 40 yrs with own home. Should I be wary? I wonder how a judge would view me trying to get a court order over someone so physically frail. He is paralysed. And without a salary I would not be able to go for Attatchment of earnings.
