I have given my tenants notice to quit as they have caused me so many problems in the 4 monthes they have occupied my property. They said they have damp in the bathroom and I have contacted builders to look at this and another problem in the house. However they wont answer the phone or the door to let these builders give me a quote. I have sent them a letter asking them to contact me about this so I can get this work done. No reply. I have told them I MAY have to use my key to go with the builders to get a quote if they refuse to reply. Although, I have told them, I really dont want to do this. Is there anything else I can do?
