I have a flat I wish to let where someone has removed the kitchen door. The kitchen is open to the flat's hall and the sitting room, bedroom and bathroom have doors off the hall. It is in a block of 3 converted flats all let so I assume HMO regs apply. Does anyone know - do I have to have a kitchen door (30min fireproof) or if not do the other doors need to be 30 min fireproof? Its a ground floor flat so you can just climb out of a window from any room.

Help!
