It's a bit worrying that Labour is proposing to put controls on how much rent can be increased by. Is it worth considering putting in a large increase before the election or do members propose to hold off doing so until it reaches the stage of being put into law (assuming Labour get in)?? I'm interested in other Landlords opinions on this, is this something we need to be worrying about now???
