Hi,

As an experienced HMO landlord who has previously used a 'another' letting agent to manage my properties I am now embarking on setting up my own lettings for HMOs for my properties and my clients (Hands free portfolio building service clients).
What is the best way to protect the tenants deposits?
I will not own most of the properties I end up managing so need something that I can use when I do own the property and also when I don't.
Your help is appreciated.
BTW - so impressed with the RLA site and the help available :-)
Thanks
