I have a property which is managed by an agent. the end of the contract is 29th of June. I had forgotten that S21 should have been given on or before 29th April. they too did not ask what to do although I had told them verbally that I am fed up of the tenant and that was the reason that I asked them to manage. They had instead sent the tenant an automatic renewal and the tenant wants to renew the contract. Is it OK to send a S21 now as the agent says or will it not carry weight legally. Do I have to wait till 29th June to send a S21?. What is the best procedure?. Please let me know. The agent says if I send a S21 now I can get the property in July, just one month later. Is that correct? Please help. Rainbow
