Hi - dont know if you advise on this kind of thing but if you do ....
The neighbour next to my terraced rental property has a house wall that borders our concrete yard. He has owned his house 9 years, we have owned our house 8 years. Nothing new has happened recently but he is now claiming that our yard is making his house wall damp. The yard has no standing water, the drains are clear etc. Do we have any liability for this and what should we do ? Thankyou
