Hi, I am renew my tenant 6 months contract on the 02/06/2014 which is on Monday. My tenant said one of her Guarantee can't make it on Monday to sign the Deed of Guarantee and said he can make it on Sunday 01/06/2014 and her other Guarantee can sign the Deed on Monday 02/06/2014 and the Tenant sign the Tenancy Agreement on Monday 02/06/2014. I told the tenant I want everyone to sign the document on the Monday 02/06/2014.

My question is can the Deed of Guarantee and Tenancy Agreement be sign on the Sunday non business day?
