Corporate tenant arrears

My corporate tenant is about 20 days in arrears and does not answer to my emails.
Do you know if:
1. Companies can set up standing orders?
2. How to deal with companies in arrears where tenant's name is not in the contract?
3. Do you recommend corporate as tenants
4. Any other advice?
