I'm having particular problems with a mature student tenant, but still in communication with them. I'm in the process of trying to negotiate with them leaving their room early and returning to family members for the summer.
Does anyone have a template for an 'early end of tenancy agreement' letter or form he can sign to ensure I do not leave myself open to claims of illegal eviction?
They rent one room in a shared house.
