We are refusing to complete so they are now wanting "Exchange" with 10% deposit which we have also refused as there is no legal change.

There have been several changes of Letting Agent since the Tenancy began so proving whether the original was an AST or AT is the very core of the issue. If they can't pove it we have asked them to solve the problem and issue a new AST which would then be acceptable to the Lenders.

We just don't understand quite where the Vendors are coming from as they have not yet taken legal action for their arrears despite our advice for them to do so and then issue a new AST. Very suspicious!
