What is the most effective way to enforce CCJs against guarantors. 2 out of 4 tenants abandoned property last year owing £1k and £2k each despite promises to pay etc the arrears remains and CCJs obtained against parent guarantors. One guarantor has absconded / moved and the other has failed to pay first installment. The deposit properly held for all 4 tenants is not enough to cover the debt.
