we have a problem with our agent they have failed to have an incorrect checkout report amended and we are now faced with deposit arbitration with incorrect supporting paperwork and this is only the tip of the ice-burgh. It would also appear that the deposit system is very much in favour of the tenant an example the agent charged us £66 to have a plug socket fixed and now they state that only £10 is claimable how can this be correct?
